BIOGRAPHY

Hey there! My name is Cynise Reaves. I’m an African American self-taught contemporary artist. Painting has given me a way to express my emotions on canvas. I paint primarily acrylics on canvas, but I love to get out of my comfort zone.  Art has been my passion for as long as I can remember. It's carried me through every chapter of my life, be it a time of celebration or a time of heartache, art carried me. For many years, it was my private escape, only sharing my art with select family members. I am many things, a daughter, a fiancé, a sister, an auntie, a niece, and a friend to many. By profession, I am a corporate digital experience manager. I am many things, but by heart I am an artist. It’s been long overdue that I share my heart’s work with the world. My hope is that my art provides you the same joy and comfort it has been to me. I'm glad you are here. Thank you for your support.
